Approach

  • Engineered a Multi-Role Mobile App (Flutter) with dynamic routing for Citizens and Grama Niladhari (GN) Officers.
  • Built a high-fidelity Glassmorphic Web Dashboard (React) acting as a command center for Divisional Secretariat (DS) Admins.
  • Implemented Client-side AES-256 encryption ensuring citizen data (NIC, Address) remains secure and obfuscated.
  • Developed a Digital Document Engine for real-time certificate applications and secure GN Officer approvals.
  • Integrated a Hazard Escalation System and dynamic waste scheduling syncing instantly with mobile apps.
